So Far So Good

My keyboard is playing up so need to keep this short since I keep getting things on screen I am not pressing. A sentance takes forever.

The new diet is going good. I did wonder how on earth it would work but at my first weigh in I lost 2lb. Despite not getting it right the first 4 days. I am happy with that.

All else is good. I need a new keyboard before I go crazy.
