Kids are back at school and the walking for exercise is back to normal.
Now all I have to do is eat right again and I will shift those 6lbs that went on the past 6 weeks.
It could have been far far worse. I didn't get the exercise I was used to and having kids home all the time brings out all the bad food and bad eating habits.
We are now in a new month and a new school year and I am ready to make changes once again.
I always find September a good time to make change. Best of luck to you!
